A lesser known tradition of Greece is the smashing of the last record played at a party. Greek runs of ABBA discs tend to be very fragile.

So at 0400, the lights come up, the disk's thrown down and the dancers descend to save a joyous shard - if only to fan themselves as they cluster outside in the frantic yet hazy activity of planning an after party.
