Music on a Long Thin Wire
Music travels down a string, exciting it to take the form of peaks and valleys, turns and fords.
Overtones and textures gather along its path: rustling leaves, swaying bushy tendrils of hedge and it shimmers in golden light.
Like a Tuba, the carriage of sound is sometimes funneled between lithic walls, swept around bends and sent through valves and intersections.
Then the banks fall away, projecting that journeyed sound across open planes.
