I have started to log key areas of my research in, what will eventually become, sprawling posts on the subject. These will feature the latest findings at the top and act a some sort of replacement for my now defunct Twitter feed, where I would often post rambling threads on a topic that featured multiple video demos. Without worrying about definitions too much, feedback is the gift that keeps on giving. I’ve been making feedback instruments (in the explicit and non-explicit sense) for many years now. It even has its own area <\/a>on this site. It’s such a rich field, which is why whole research groups <\/a>are devoted to its exploration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The bulk of my focus in this area is on feedback surfaces and machine playability.
