Mr UnderwoodMr Underwood
Compositions, sound art, gigs, workshops and writing by Sam Underwood.
Where this site is at
This is a rebuild of the old site, done by hand. The content and images are going back in piece by piece, so some pages are still bare and some links still point at nothing.
The new writing goes somewhere else. Beck and I are on a long cycle trip, and we write about it as we go.
The PhD
Most of the current work is the PhD: sound, listening, and what a machine can be taught to play.
